Scheduling
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. We try our best to accommodate every patient’s needs. If you are in pain and need to be seen immediately, please tell our staff so your appointment can be scheduled as soon as possible.
When scheduling, please advise us of any medical condition and/or need for pre-medication. If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card to our office.
Patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.

Financial Arrangement and Dental Insurance
It is our desire to provide superior professional care and personalized service at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Because we are a one-appointment office, payment for care is required at the time treatment is rendered. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment options.

- Care Credit- Apply online (www.carecredit.com) we offer 6 months no interest or 24 months with interest
Please note: Payment is due at the time of service
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
